You’d think school would be quiet this week but far from it.

Lou and Liz have a merry band of holiday club children to keep happy and busy – fires and marshmallows may well be the order of the day.

Eileen has a long list of jobs for the estates team to complete and there is a constant stream of contractors beavering away. They include an engineer servicing all the fire extinguishers and electricians completely rebuilding the whole school circuit board.

A very important part of running a school is to remain compliant with what seems like a thousand key issues that range from testing the water supply for Legionnaire’s, to making sure that every single electrical item has been PAT tested.
