I’ll try to use NFASS to provide feedback from some of the issues raised in yesterday’s Class Reps meeting.

EYFS parents of children in school wanted to get a bit more insight into their daily educational diets as often their children come home and have trouble relaying what they did or what they had for lunch

A quick (socially distanced) visit this morning found them all in their favoured habitat – outside. The cold and rain seem to have little impact on this hardy lot, unlike the rest of us who rush for the warmth of inside. Today they were all preparing for a gardening session with their Svengali guru, Liz. She has a magnetic hold on children that’s the admiration of many of teacher!

Lunch seconds was also a topic of conversation and whether there could be lots of spares for the hungry. Today was macaroni cheese which the children love but it’s not my favourite dish – all too mushy and squidgy for me and no seconds needed thank you. I did make up for this on home made cookies though!

Do remember that our pastoral system runs both in and out of school should you ever need any advice. Tutors are always on the end of an email and Mr Stazicker continues to oversee this very important aspect of child development.
