Not of the usual anniversary type today, but a very warm welcome return to Megan Lane who has been on maternity leave since the birth of her second child.
Megan came into school for “familiarisation” training today as the world (and indeed school) has become a very different place since she was last here. Jeanette has been doing Megan’s re-induction training ahead of her first day at work tomorrow.
On the social front, I am putting the final touches to a virtual quiz this afternoon ahead of a big staff social this evening. Bragging rights are at stake amongst the literati and intelligentsia, of which there are more than a few as regular PTFA quiz goers will attest to. If it goes well, it might be a good one to roll out to parents over half term. Watch this space for more news!
